TN 'Ag-gag bill' Violates First Amendment & Is Constitutionally Suspect

Posted on 6:45 PM by Unknown

This outrageous pro animal abuse bill violates the First Amendment, so ruled the Tennessee Attorney General's Office.

Governor Haslam said he was waiting for the opinion before deciding the bill's fate.  Opinion in.

It's time to VETO THE DAMN THING GOVERNOR HASLAM.

The Tennessee Attorney General's office just released an opinion that a bill that would effectively ban private citizens from long-term, undercover investigations of animal abuse is 'constitutionally suspect' and violates the First Amendment.
